THEN HALFWAY THEY STARTED PUSHING YOU TO TAKE HBFC LOAN OR PAY THE AMOUNT IN 2 INSTALMENTS. SHAME ON THIS FRAUD. KEEP ALL NEWSPAPERS AND LETTERS, JUST IN CASE U HV TO GO TO COURT. THEN THEY STARTED ASKING OVER 6 LAKHS DEVELOPMENT CHARGES FOR 20 YDS ONE UNIT.RIDICULOUS. THEY SAY IT IS FOR ALL THE AMENITIES LKE HOSPITAL,CLUB HOUSE ETC WHICH THEY HV ADVERTISED. SBCA CLEARLY STATES THAT BUILDER IS ONLY ENTITLED TO EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT CHARES IE BRINGING UTILITIES TO THE PROJECT WHICH AT THE MOST SHUD BE 1 TO 1.5LAKHS AT THE MOST. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE THE CHARGES TO US IN WRITING. ONLY VERBALLY.DO NOT PAY WHAT THEY DEMAND. IF U HV PAID ,ASK FOR REFUND. U KEEP WRITING TO THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER.
