I am from London and i bought one house and two 5 Marla Plots in Eden Land Ferozepur Road lahore along with my friends. House has not been delivered yet (it seems only 30% work is completed) and the plots God knows. we all friends are planning to consider all the possible legal actions against them.
If you still do not believe just do a bit goggling on Eden group and you would find out.

i do agree with mr majid khan comments. i also bought an house in eden gardens of 8 marla. we visited two months ago,and found no construction over there. we phoned several times to eden main office but they all r lairs. we lives in a rented house and paying 18500 rupees rent. now we r planning to sue eden in court,they should pay our rent till the develierences of houses.

Under NAB ordinance all acts of EDens as described on this board fall under definition of corruption and fraud. I had filed an application to Chairman NAB against Dr. Amjad who is mastermind of all this fraud. By grace of God NAB made him to return my money along with 10% mark up. Hi,
I couldn’t believer that a well known company can be a cheater one. now they people are not ready to listen and don’t answering that when they are giving us allotment numbers. I’ve visited the site and there’s no sign of any development nor any sign board of land acquisition, i got the news that Eden yet have not acquired the lands for this projects. The lands owners of this area told that Eden was supposed to purchase their lands but still not purchased nor they’ve contacted them. Meanwhile we’ve done our payments almost 70% of the total amount. Eden has collected development charges from us but no development started at site. So this is the time to get together all effectees of Eden Garden to take a legal action again them otherwise they’ll delay this project as they already have delayed the housing units projects. If you people request them to give you livarage for the installment payment to be paid deffered they don’t agree and put a fine and if you still deffer you payment they put your plot cancelled. All people should get together, if there are some people already united, pls consider me with you.
Keeping in view the above mentioned doubt in my mind I personally went to the marketing office of Eden Garden located 1-KM canal Bank Road, Thoker Niaz Beig, Lahore and discussed the issue with the concerned Authority and marketing officer for this project.
According to them they explained me the current status of this project and give me the following description.
1. Because of the Changed location of proposed RING ROAD joining Ferozepur Road, (Southern Wing), qwhere they had started A block of this project, and constructed structure of almost 140 houses.but they had stopped due to the nenw plan of Ring Road which will crosss these houses. Now this Issue has been satteled and they are gouing to start again.
2. They also told me that this project is of 3,5 years payment plan and in Feburary or march they will issue the MAP of B- Block as it had been already submitted to LDA. So after that they will start allotment No. fork Community.
the B- Block.
Spo my dear Please wait untill March 2013 , if there will not be any activity we will do some thoing. According to me the delay is because of Ring Road, hopefully so. lets think positively.

I bought 5 marla house in 2008 in phase 1 . my cousiin was working in their company and i done the deal through him as i am in the uk. today i have been told by his wife that the owner of eden gardens lahore has sold the project to an american company. He said that all the houses have been cancelled and everyone who has invested will loose their money. I am not going to let these bastards play with our hard earned money .
