Brothers, don’t buy any plot in Eden scheme, they will tell u possession in 3 years but will never give u on time. Better you invest your money some where else. here they will get all your money but your plot will be only in files.

honestly speaking brother this scheme is 100% valid but it has a problem,
problem is that it have a stream that passes away within this scheme and it is very smelly bcoz in this stream factories water flow always and it is very smelly n in future it this stream will not closed due to factory area. so you should visit the site if possible for u to stay like place so no problem u can invest ur money its 100% valid scheme

I have also purchased a plot in Eden Garden Extension in B-Block. the Ganda Nala ‘Swerege of Factory Drain’ is much from from the society, is on the other side of the Road is almost 150 ft away and dont give any smell in the resident area of the society. Secondly, project to cover this drain have also been started, hopefully will be done, till the time they have us possession.

Don’t invest your money in Eden Developers i totally agree with Aslam i bought a 10 Marla Corner Plot in Eden City in 2004 its been almost 7 years now and its just a file they changed my plots location 3 times without informing me.Its not even the corner plot anymore when i bought it they took 2 lacs extra from me for the corner location.I paid all the installments on time.I live in Saudi Arabia last time when i went to see the location in 2007 there was nothing there only 1 bulldozer and some construction equipment and a broken road just to convince people that work is in process no one bothered to listen to me or answer my questions mark my word you will never get your plot in 3 years maybe after 30 years your children might get it … This is just bullshit they will take your hard earned money and will keep it in the banks and get profit from it or maybe they will devise a new scheme to suck blood form more people .. They used to have a website for Eden City with all the contact info and maps blah blah now nothing exists because achieved there goal of screwing innocent people abroad and living in Pakistan..Bahria Town is not much different i bought a 5 marla house there in 2006 which was supposed to be completed in less then 3 years and given to the owners thru balloting its been almost 5 years now but whenever there is a balloting only those people get the ownership who have contacts in the management or are willing to bribe them … So people i strongly advise you all if you have earned your money the right way avoid these big developers this is my true story.I just shared my experience and opinion with you rest is up to you.

it is my personal request not to invest in eden project. they r big deceivers.i booked a house in eden gardens of 8 marla. paid full amount and development charges.they promised to deliver houses in august 2010. now its march, 2012 and the delivery is far far away from truth.they promised me again that works should be start on project in march, 2012, but there is no progress yet. that is one of the reason that eden is loosing his faith in the property market. i have contacted many eden affecties and r now planning to sue them in the supreme court of paksitan to claim compensation of our millions of rupees amount which they already owed from us. if anyone who is affected can contact us on my email adress to launch a strong application against them.we are planning to launch a patetion for compensation during the gap period they promised and the period they r planning to deliver the houses. they have no right to use our money for others projects for thier own profits and benefits as such money belongs to us and we r the right people to get benefits of these projects where they invested our money and delaying our houses.

I already buy two 5 marla plots and i personally visit the location. According to me its location is really very nice 10 kilometer away from Airport through Ring Road, Very near to Ferozepure road & All other facilities are also very near to this scheme.
First visit the site before buying.
feel no hesitation in buying plot…. there is no smell as the location is far away from drainage.

it is my personal request not to invest in eden project. they r big deceivers.i booked a house in eden gardens of 8 marla. paid full amount and development charges.they promised to deliver houses in august 2010. now its march, 2012 and the delivery is far far away from truth.they promised me again that works should be start on project in march, 2012, but there is no progress yet. that is one of the reason that eden is loosing his faith in the property market. i have contacted many eden affecties and r now planning to sue them in the supreme court of paksitan to claim compensation of our millions of rupees amount which they already owed from us. if anyone who is affected can contact us on my email adress to launch a strong application against them.we are planning to launch a patetion for compensation during the gap period they promised and the period they r planning to deliver the houses. they have no right to use our money for others projects for thier own profits and benefits as such money belongs to us and we r the right people to get benefits of these projects where they invested our money and delaying our houses.
