    What is the current progress/ any update of GRand Avenue scheme on feroze pure road lahore.There is no progress work is in grand evenue except the main wide road that is too old now.

    Eden has made a big fraud and there are thousands of effectees of eden develpors. I am worried and hope that history will not repeat now.

  13. All of you who own plots at a fraudulent private housing society such as the Urban Developers scam should kindly educate yourself on the legal rights you hold. Please read the excerpts (provided below and for God’s sakes take action. And if not then keep complaining and lose out on your precious investment.

    PUNJAB PRIVATE HOUSING SCHEMES AND LAND SUB-DIVISION RULES 2010

    Chapter III – PLAN AND PLANNING STANDARDS

    (ii) The plotting in the land to be acquired shall only be approved after the land acquisition proceedings are completed and possession taken over by a developer;

    Chapter IV – MARKETING AND SALE
    21. Terms and conditions. — In addition to any other terms and conditions a developer shall include the following in application form for allotment of a property that:

    (a) allotted property number shall not be changed without the consent of an allottee;
    (d) Date of handing over possession of the property shall be indicated;
    (e) Notwithstanding anything in the contract, in case of delayed handing over of possession of the plot/property beyond the stipulated date, the developer shall be liable to pay an amount equivalent to two percent per month of the amount paid by the allottee.

    Chapter VI – Development and Monitoring
    34. Development of a sanctioned scheme.— A developer shall:
    (a) Within a period of five years after sanction of a scheme, develop a scheme in conformity with these rules;

    35. Monitoring of development works in a scheme.— (1) A Town Municipal Administration, a Tehsil Municipal Administration or a development Authority shall ensure that there is no deviation of the sanctioned scheme plan.

    (5) If a developer fails to develop a scheme within the stipulated period or development works are not in conformity with the approved design and specifications, then:

    (a) A Town Municipal Administration, a Tehsil Municipal Administration or a
    Development Authority may take over the development works of the scheme;

    Chapter X – Miscellaneous
    57. Action against violations. — A Town Municipal Administration, a Tehsil Municipal Administration or a Development Authority shall take appropriate action against a developer in case any provision of these rules is violated. The action shall be taken as provided in the law, rules and regulations framed there under.

  21. Urban Developers are big thieves. Let us unite and give a petition in Lahore High Court. Central Park big fraud scheme. They promised possession in block D, E and F after 3 year payments of instalments. Now Most of members are completing full payments in May, 2013. No development even started. Lets us dissect the big bellies of owners of urban developers by sword of law and take back out hard earned money.

    Like me many other persons i know, those who purchased (on high market prices around 13 to 15 lac) plots in Central Park “D” Block and some portion of “G” Block before 6 to 7 years back, But still Urban developers still not developed any part of these Blocks. So i ‘ll only say: Rah piyya janay, wahh piyya janay and those who are giving comments in favor of Urban developers(central park)just tell me whether if they are personally passing in the situation through we are passing of(non-development 7 years passed) then what should be their comments. (truth please only)…

I always request people if you realy want to leave at ferozepur road which is a modle road of lahore now than booked a plot in Bahria Neshman why because this master piece of developemnt is only a show piece of Bahria Town thay have othe land on the site and they will develop it as extension of Bahria Neshman in future and you will be see that this scheme will be the leader on ferozepur road all the plot already have been sold actually there is no availbility is now in Bahria Neshman only few boundry wall side plot are availble with the bahria town there are 200 awami villas which are undr construction and most are ready to possession and all the awami villas have been already sold. Think about your precisious money because money earning is a hard task now.

The future of Grand Avenue and Central Park will be the same because developer would collect money with people and they build a Main Gate of the secheme some park and 200 or 300 meter road and than thay will leave it for 2or 3 year perhaps thay will not make fraud but take too much time for development 4to 5 year approx.

  44. i booked a plot of 5 marla on installments in central park housing scheme in 2009, but still i can see my plot only in map 🙁 there is no any road to that plot, to that block , i have paid more then 50 %, about 5 lakh, what should i do now ?? there i booked on 775000, but now grand avenue is near then central park, and in grand avenue price of 5 marla is 675000. now what is the future of central park, and mine 🙁 ??

    • Mr. Kashif I can understand Your problem I advise you try to sold your plot within the range you have paid till today and buy a plot immediety in ; Bahria Neshman: It will be a safe investment.

      Actually the real story of Urban developers(Central park) or what ever their projects names are only that they use the money of innocent peoples for their own benefits and what the comments said against them(URBAN developers),”i agree with them”. because passing more over than 9 years they didn’t started any developement work in “D” Block of Central park, just lame excuses they had.. they are really cheating,and doing fraud with the peoples who invested in their showed animated projects..
