this is the pethatic most project of all times. failure to fullfill the comitment has resulted in bad image of the society. they promissed for six months, one year and 2 years and they handed over the project in 1.5 years for the 6 months, then the one year is still to be handed over and its more than 5 years now. where as the 2 years plan is no where on earth started yet.
on top of this they have included a ppoint in the contract that the bearer cannot sell or rent the house till 5 years of posession.
sahir associate is the biggest fraud of all time. we had been on rent for 5 years, my father is retired and its hard for us to pull on and we cannot afford to file a case agaisnt them as well.

ALL THIS IS A FRAUD. I JUST SAW THE MODEL FLAT AND REALLY SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THAT FLAT AREA IS NOT 5 MARLA. IT IS 2.5 MARLA ONLY WITH TOO LITTLE BED ROOMS. ITS A REALLY SHAME AND FRAUD FROM KHAYABAN-E-AMEEN.
