City within City is an excellent idea. I would like to invest in this scheme as OWN HOUSE is always a dream for every one. Pl do let me know about the source/plan as to how you would be able to provide basic necessities specially Electricity to this scheme as bad governance is not capable to meet least requirement across the country. Even then i m interested and looking for schedule payment and your answers about water, electricity & security.
