This notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the NESPAK Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited shall be held at 10.00 am on Sunday, December 16, 2018, in Main Park, NECHS Phase-II, Canal Bank, Lahore The Agenda of the meeting shall be:
ITEM No: 1 Recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. ITEM No: 2 Welcome Address by the Vice President. ITEM No: 3 Confirmation of Minutes of the AGM held on Dec 31, 2017 and the presentation of Annual Report. ITEM No: 4 Consideration of Annual Accounts, the Auditor’s Report 2016-17 and the Provisional Accounts 2017-18. ITEM No: 5 Approval of Annual Budget 2018-19. ITEM No: 6 Auction of 17Kanal12Marlas Land & Main Commercial Plot(s) of Phase-III on Defence Road, Lahore ITEM No: 7 Approval of request of City Star Housing Society for right of way from Phase-II to their site. ITEM No: 8 To consider the collection of Aquifer/Sewer Charges from the members imposed by WASA on the Societies on the Orders of Honorable High Court and Supreme Court. ITEM No: 9 Confirmation of Admission / Withdrawal of members. ITEM No: 10 Any other business with the permission of the Chair. ITEM No: 11 Closing Address by the President.
1. All outstanding dues must be paid by December 10, 2018, otherwise defaulters of any dues shall not be allowed to attend the meeting. The list of Defaulters has also been placed/fixed on the Society Information Board.
2. Members are requested to bring their CNIC. Only members shall be allowed to attend the meeting.
3. If the quorum is not complete at the scheduled time, the meeting will be adjourned for an hour and after that members present will form quorum in the adjourned meeting.
