Islamabad (July 11, 2011) : Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated development work in the dream and the exclusive housing project (Park Enclave) of the Federal Capital in Zone-IV.
Chairman CDA, Imtiaz Inayat Elahi visited the site of the housing project here on Monday. On this occasion officers of the concerned formations of the Authority were also present.
The Chairman CDA directed the concerned formations of CDA to go ahead for development and establishment of this remarkable housing project. He further directed that the housing project must be completed within the scheduled time in line with international standards so that the people could enjoy the benefits of the incomparable housing scheme.
Imtiaz Inayat Elahi directed Engineering Wing to install heavy machinery for smooth earth work and attractive landscaping of Park Enclave. He also ordered the Engineering Wing to establish a site office in the locality of Park Enclave so that the people could visit and get their information about the housing project. He directed the concerned wing of the Authority to install signage board for the guidance of the public.
The Chairman CDA said that Park Enclave would be the best ever housing project in the history of the Federal Capital, which has been planned in the splendid area of Zone-IV and accessible by all major roads and avenues of the city, adding that Park Enclave is the only approved housing project established in Zone-IV wherein the investment by the general public would be absolutely safe. The Chairman further directed the Engineering Wing to construct one road of 150 feet width from Park Road opposite Chak Shahzad agro-farms and adjacent to Chatta Bakhtawar, whereas another of the same width would be constructed from Kuri Road well before Kuri Village. Two entry gates would be erected one each at Main Kuri Road and Park Road.
Imtiaz Inayat Elahi said that Park Enclave is rapidly gaining its popularity among the people and after successful completion of this housing project; CDA would expand this kind of housing project further to meet the housing demands of the people.
