Payment Schedule
■ 25% upfront payment at the time of submission of application form
■ 25% within four months of the date of issuance of allotment letter
■ 25% within 8 months of the date of issuance of allotment letter
■ 25% within 12 months of the date of issuance of allotment letter or at the time of handing over of possession {whichever is later)
■ In case anyone is interested in paying the full amount of the plot, net rebate of 5% would be given to him.
Refund to Unsuccessful Applicants
- Refund to the unsuccessful applicants will be paid in Pakistani currency after the completion of balloting process
- Refund shall be made through the designated branch of the bank where the application was submitted
- Refund will be paid in form of cross pay order/bank draft on surrender of original receipt
- Refund pay order/bank draft shall be crossed as”Payee Account Only” and marked as” Non Transferable”
very high price can afford till 70 lakhs……..:(

and when are they giving allotment letter
CDA high ups r making fool of the people who have invested their hard earned money by consuming their money to some other so called mega projects in the city
They r sure not to develop it and repeating their usual performance
Sure they r part of a pakistani society
