Peshawar – New Housing Scheme ‘Asfandyar City’ at Cherat Road

Peshawar (May 22m 2011) – New Housing Scheme ‘Asfandyar City’ at Cherat Road : Talking to The News, the senior minister Bashir Bilour, who is also parliamentary leader of the Awami National Party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly said the provincial government had planned to start a new housing scheme on 14,000 acres of land near the Cherat Road. “It is a PDA project to be executed on self-finance basis. The paper work for the project to be named Asfandyar City has been completed,” he explained.

  1. its agood project of kpk govt ,but kpk govt should take solid steps to handle the matter with the owners of lands ,i,e provide them renumeration according to the project

It is extremely a peace of mind to have a residential plot/house on our own soil.The move of the KPK is highly appreciated and I think this is not a move to get the public placed in their own houses on easy,accessable and cheap prices against a fair and transparent procedure whatever it could be,but it is indeed the win of public’s hearts by this KPK leadership.If the so called scheme is to be started as quick as possible,it may be a reality in the sincerety of the leadership.I wish to have one for myself over there and I hope that all KPK interested people will make a move towards this housing scheme.

  3. Its been very good for me, all overseas pashtons and the public on Khyber.
    We are wait from this housing scheme, so that we can live in our own Khyber.

    I am currently in Jeddah, and i wish, that this project to be starting soon.

  4. it is a matter of great pleasure for the people of khyber pukhtoonkhwa that the govt. og KPK announce a mega residential scheme near to peshwar where the world standard engineering university campus is under construction.the inhabitants of the area are demqnding proper compensation of thier lands which are proposed for the said project.If the government alloted plats to the land owner on cheapn rates would highly be appreciated.
