This is very easy, just get the plot file number and visit Wapda town-1 office and request them the due charges of the that plot which you are going to buy. Request the plot owner pay these charges. then both of you ( seller and buyer visit the wapda town -1 office. fillfull the required familities and plot will transfer within the one month period in your name.

First of all plot seller must clear any due chareges from Wapda ph-1 WECHS and both parites ( Seller and buyer) attand the subject office with their national ID and plot original documents. plot trafer procedure almost take one month.

First of select your plot. bring seller and buyer to WECHS office. fillfull all requirement and within one month plot will be transfer your name. you have tp pay transfer fee. check with WECHS office.
Sir there are plots in phase-I Extension. there is no plain land in E-Block will you give the plain land after it is handed over the buyers I mean yahan boht se khadde hain kia ye pur kr diye jain ge.
WECHS Multan has offered employees of Wapda to apply for plots in Phase1 extn and Phase 2 these days on 18 qauterly installments… application date is before 7 april 2013. can u please tell the development status of plots in (2450sq ft) in multan phase1 extension? Is it wise to invest in phase1 extn? how long it will take for these plots to be allotted/handed over to the owners?
