- Also available at MEPCO web site www.mepco.com.pk
- Photo Copy of the application is also acceptable.
- Last date for receipt of applications 1 March 2012.
K. Declaration:
- I have read out the Terms & Conditions and that my particulars are true to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed. Should there be any thing detected at any stage contrary to the facts, the WECHS Ltd., Multan shall have the right to cancel allotment of my plot and refund the amounts paid by me after deducting 10% service Charges.
- I am will to Pay the Cost of land and Development Charges as per schedule to be notified by WECHS Ltd., Multan subsequently.
- I am willing to take the deposited money back without claiming any interest or profit on the deposited amount if plot is not allotted to me due to any reason and I will not enter in to any litigation what so ever.

I feel that query of the prospective applicants regarding total cost of catagory-wise plots and phasing of installments is very genuine. The matter needs IMMEDIATE attention for the sake of transparency. This may attract more people.

A Good News for WAPDA Town Phase-III people. Committee has been purchase appox. 18 Mobrabs land area and draw will be accepted in February 2013.

A full year has passed since we all submitted applications. It was March 15th last year i.e. 2012 which was the Last Date for submission of the applications for Phase-III Multan. No feedback from the Society to the prospective applicants. Is it not a matter of concern for the concerned authorities ?
Kindly post an update on MEPCO website in this regard for information of all and apprise the members regarding :
1- Latest status / chunk of land acquired ;
2- Cost per marla (including dev:charges) with payment schedule ;
3- No. of plots available AND Date of Draw if applications are more than
available plots ;
4- any other information deemed necessary for members ;
